Position Highlights

Confidential Client is hiring Technology Consulting Consultants in Seattle, WA. This is a full-time, early-career consulting role working on client-facing projects across technology transformation, data & analytics, security, cloud, ERP, and architecture. Consultants join structured onboarding and ongoing professional development programs to build technical and advisory skills.

• $75,000 - $92,000 base salary (range)
• Bonus target: $2,000
• Estimated total cash range: $77,000 - $94,000
• Eligible benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life/accident insurance, disability, parental leave, 401(k) matching, Choice Time Off (up to ~20 days for new hires), paid holidays, and other employee programs.

What You’ll Do

As a Technology Consulting Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions to complex business and technology problems.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and findings; translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Support projects across areas such as Business Platform Transformation, Enterprise Data/Analytics & AI, Microsoft ecosystem work, Security & Privacy, Technology Risk & Resilience, and Technology Strategy & Architecture.
• Contribute to technical tasks (data preparation, reporting, basic scripting), participate in testing and implementation support, and help prepare client deliverables and presentations.
• Learn through hands-on engagements, participate in onboarding and training programs, and seek coaching from more senior advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with discovery, requirements, and solution design activities on client engagements.
• Perform data manipulation, reporting, and visualization to support insights (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Support system implementation and integration tasks including data migration and testing support for ERP or business applications.
• Help assess technology risks, support security and privacy assessments, and document control and remediation activities.
• Use AI-powered productivity tools and scripting (Python, SQL, etc.) to streamline analysis and project work.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Math, or other technology-related majors.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Technical proficiency aligned to the assigned capability area (data, security, cloud, ERP, etc.).
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity/collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI) is preferred.

Preferred / Helpful Skills

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects, Cognos, QlikView, SSRS).
• Experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Teradata).
• Introductory knowledge of security controls, authentication, identity management, encryption, and IT controls.
• Programming or scripting experience (Python, Java, JavaScript) helpful.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern customer technology environments.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday) and implementation support tasks.
• Experience working with data for AI or automation use cases (data cleaning, model support).
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills to support reporting and insights.

How We Work

Confidential Client follows a hybrid model combining in-office and remote work as appropriate for client needs and project requirements. Consultants may work from local offices and client sites, and some client engagements may require local or occasional out-of-state travel. Specific on-site requirements will vary by project.
