Role summary

Confidential Client is hiring a Technology Consulting Consultant for a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA. This entry-level to early-career consulting role will rotate across projects in areas such as data & analytics, cloud and platform transformation, security & privacy, Microsoft solutions, risk & resilience, and technology strategy & architecture. The role combines client-facing work, technical problem solving, and structured training and mentorship.


What You’ll Do

  • Work on client teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused technology and risk solutions
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data to produce insights and recommendations
  • Support design, testing, documentation, and implementation activities for technology projects
  • Assist with technical testing, risk assessments, and remediation activities in security and privacy engagements
  • Support data engineering, visualization, and analytics work for AI/automation use cases
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in structured onboarding and training programs and engage in career-development activities

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Math, or another relevant technical field
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and a growth mindset to client engagements
  • Basic technical proficiency in at least one relevant area (data, cloud, security, programming, or ERP systems)
  • Experience or familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI) is a plus

Preferred / Helpful Skills

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects, Cognos, etc.)
  • Foundational SQL or database experience (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Teradata, etc.)
  • Introductory knowledge of networks, middleware, and domain management strategies
  • Awareness of internal control frameworks and IT control concepts
  • Entry-level programming experience (Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Basic cybersecurity concepts (authentication, encryption, identity management)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday)
  • Strong Excel and data-manipulation skills to support reporting and insights
  • Experience preparing or cleaning data for analytics, automation, or model support

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $70,000 — $87,000 per year (placement depends on experience, skills, and work location)
  • Estimated total cash (base + bonus target): $72,000 — $89,000 per year
  • Bonus target opportunity (example): $2,000
  • Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life and accident insurance, parental leave (up to 10 weeks), short/long-term disability, 401(k) with employer match, Choice Time Off (CTO), and paid holidays. Benefit eligibility and offerings vary by location and role.
