Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Technology Consulting Consultant in Denver, CO. This full-time consultant role joins a technology consulting practice working across areas such as Business Platform Transformation, Enterprise Data & Analytics (including AI/ML), Microsoft solutions, Security & Privacy, Technology Risk & Resilience, and Technology Strategy & Architecture. You will learn through hands-on client engagements, receive structured onboarding and training, and build technical and consulting capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 – $87,000 per year (range provided by Confidential Client)
- Bonus target: $2,000
- Total cash range (base + bonus): $72,000 – $89,000
- Typical benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, parental leave, 401(k) with employer match, Choice Time Off (up to ~20 days for new hires), and paid holidays. Specific plans and eligibility will be provided in official plan documents.
What You’ll Do
- Join client-facing projects to deliver high-quality, practical technology solutions that address business challenges.
- Collect, analyze, and document data and findings; communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support implementation work across platforms (ERP, cloud, BI, security tooling) and perform testing, data migration, and technical design support as needed.
- Participate in structured onboarding and training programs and apply new skills on client engagements.
- Collaborate with teammates, seek feedback, and contribute to a high-performing culture that values integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Math, Machine Learning, IoT, or similar).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable applying critical thinking and innovation across diverse client engagements.
- Technical proficiency appropriate to your assigned capability area.
Preferred technical competencies (entry-to-early level where applicable):
- Business Intelligence: Power BI, BusinessObjects, Cognos, Tableau, QlikView, SSRS.
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar.
- Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript (preferred but not always required).
- Cloud exposure: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Security fundamentals: authentication, identity management, data protection, encryption, least-privilege concepts.
- ERP familiarity: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday; basics of business process mapping and testing support.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity/collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI) and working with data for AI/automation use cases.
