Technology Consulting consultants work with leading organizations to deliver client-focused solutions for complex technology and business problems. As a consultant with our confidential client, you will:
- Join client-facing teams to deliver technology strategy, data & AI, security, cloud, and transformation initiatives
- Gain broad exposure across industries while building depth in a chosen capability area
- Receive structured onboarding and hands-on training, plus mentorship to support rapid skill development and career progression
- Work on varied project engagements that involve data analysis, process evaluation, technical testing, and communicating findings to both technical and business audiences
Typical capability areas (you may be hired into one) include:
- Business Platform Transformation — applications, program execution, cloud infrastructure
- Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI — data engineering, governance, ML/AI enablement, visualization
- Microsoft Ecosystem — collaboration, productivity, and modernization with Microsoft technologies
- Security & Privacy — vulnerability testing, incident readiness/response, privacy services
- Technology Risk & Resilience — enterprise risk, third-party risk, regulatory alignment
- Technology Strategy & Architecture — enterprise architecture and strategic technology advisory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Math, or a related technology discipline
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability across client engagements
- Technical proficiency relevant to your assigned capability area

Technical skills & experience (examples)
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, QlikView, or SSRS
- Competency with database systems (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Teradata, etc.)
- Programming experience (Python, Java, JavaScript) preferred
- Understanding of security concepts: authentication, entitlements, identity management, encryption, least privilege
- Introductory knowledge of IT controls, internal control frameworks, and technology project risk management
- Exposure to ERP systems and implementation lifecycle (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday)
- Experience working with data for AI/automation use cases: data cleaning, model support, and analytics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern customer technology environments
- Strong Excel and data-manipulation skills; experience with Power BI or similar for reporting
How we work
Our confidential client follows a hybrid working model that blends in-person collaboration with remote work to support client outcomes, team effectiveness, and learning. Work location and travel requirements vary by project and client; consultants may work in local offices, on client sites, and occasionally out-of-state based on project needs.
Compensation & benefits
Base salary range (U.S., depends on experience and location): $70,000 - $87,000 per year
Estimated total cash range (base + bonus target): $72,000 - $89,000 per year
Additional benefits for eligible employees may include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, paid parental leave, 401(k) with employer match, Choice Time Off (CTO), and paid holidays. Benefit eligibility and specifics vary by role and location.
