Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Technology Consulting Associate for IT advisory engagements in Rosemont, IL. This role supports client projects that modernize core business systems and platforms to improve agility, scalability, and operational efficiency. The position is full-time, requires significant client interaction, and may include travel up to 80%.

What You’ll Do

• Work on client engagements to support digital transformation, systems modernization, and enterprise integration.
• Assist in implementing technology solutions and improving application and infrastructure capabilities.
• Support project management activities, including planning, status reporting, and coordination across teams.
• Participate in technical consultation and risk management discussions to align solutions with business needs.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches for clients.
• Contribute to business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and solution documentation.
• Build client relationships and expand your technical and professional brand through continuous learning.

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (entry-level role).
• Availability to participate in client-facing engagements and to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications / What Sets You Apart

• Degree or coursework in Accounting, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
• Preferred cumulative and major GPA: 3.3.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, strong teamwork, and effective communication skills.
• Experience or interest in enterprise integration, application software, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI or automation tools to create efficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Experience participating in project management or consulting-style engagements is a plus.

Travel & Location

• Location: Rosemont, IL (onsite and client locations as required).
• Travel: Up to 80% (client engagements may require frequent travel).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 – $100,000 per year. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
• Eligible for discretionary bonus and typical employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, etc.). Specific benefit details will be provided by the client.
