What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking motivated, intellectually curious candidates for a Technology Associate role. This is an entry-level, hands-on position where you’ll apply technical skills to real business problems in the IT sector and gain exposure to enterprise-scale systems and processes.

• Contribute to high-impact technology initiatives by developing, enhancing, and supporting solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
• Apply technical skills across software engineering, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems depending on team assignment.
• Participate in design, development, testing, implementation, and iterative improvement of technology solutions using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Research and explore emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and tools that can improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Build foundational knowledge of the asset management business and how IT supports investment, client services, and corporate functions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, actively seek mentorship, and iterate on feedback to grow technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field — expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Foundational understanding of software development concepts, databases, cloud platforms, networks, operating systems, and APIs.
• Familiarity with one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, or PowerShell — or demonstrable interest in cybersecurity or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to research, troubleshoot, and develop effective technical solutions.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in learning about how technology supports financial services and investment operations.
