  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories to organize and share information across the business unit.
  • Develop compliant, persuasive proposal content (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) by analyzing solicitation requirements and working with proposal teams.
  • Draft, edit, format, and proofread proposal sections — including past performance narratives and resumes — following proposal best practices and storyboarding techniques.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation: user guides, SOPs, knowledge base articles, FAQs, quick-reference guides, and training materials.
  • Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for non‑expert audiences.
  • Produce visual aids (diagrams, process flows, charts, infographics) that support documentation and proposal narratives.
  • Ensure consistent style, formatting, terminology, and compliance with government formatting and accessibility standards.
  • Deliver high-quality artifacts on schedule and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven workstreams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the business unit.

Who We’re Looking For (Required)

Candidates should demonstrate a mix of proposal and technical writing skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years relevant experience, or equivalent experience (English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism preferred).
  • Experience responding to government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and writing compliant proposal content.
  • Ability to write and tailor past performance, resumes, and technical/non‑technical proposal sections for IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation for non‑technical audiences (user guides, SOPs, help content).
  • Strong interviewing skills for gathering information from SMEs.
  • Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to consistency in style and formatting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using document templates and style guides.
  • Strong communication, collaboration skills, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

These will help you hit the ground running:
