  • Deliver assigned artifacts on schedule and perform other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience; degrees in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, or related fields preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (or commensurate experience) producing technical documentation and/or proposal content.
  • Hands-on experience writing or contributing to government proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) or demonstrated ability to write compliant, persuasive proposal sections.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into plain-language content for non-expert audiences.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to formatting and terminology consistency.
  • Experience working within document templates and adherence to style guides.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating diagrams and infographics (Visio, Lucidchart, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with knowledge management platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, MadCap Flare, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of government program operations and contracting environments.

Clearance

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance is required.
