Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring a Technical Support & Operations Specialist in Frisco, TX. This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) offering $70,000–$75,000 per year plus benefits. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years) who are curious, technically capable, and enjoy hands-on problem solving.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day technical operations, customer initiatives, and internal projects
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify solutions, and escalate when appropriate
- Assist with system setup, testing, implementation, and ongoing support activities
- Work closely with internal technical teams and external customers to resolve problems
- Document findings, provide clear status updates, and help improve operational processes
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project execution and on-time deliverables
- Provide professional, timely support while managing multiple priorities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field — REQUIRED
- 0–3 years relevant experience; recent college graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong technical aptitude and quick ability to learn new systems and tools
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Clear verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
