What You’ll Do
This entry-level Technical Specialist I will join the IT team to install, support, and maintain .NET applications and related systems. Responsibilities include:
- Install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support assigned technical systems with a primary focus on .NET applications (Visual Studio) and SQL Server (SSMS).
- Follow established standards and procedures to ensure consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Provide timely support to supervisors and other stakeholders during incidents and crisis situations.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with other technology groups and business partners.
- Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives while managing assigned tasks under supervisor guidance.

Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years (entry level).
- Basic technical troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills.
- Foundational .NET development experience (Visual Studio).
- Experience or exposure to SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Knowledge of technical installation, monitoring, repair, testing, and implementation processes.
- Ability to review specifications, document issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer tools.
- Ability to follow technical procedures, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement activities.
