What You’ll Do

• Support the design and implementation of technical solutions that integrate with customer data sources and business workflows.
• Assist with configuring and customizing applications to align with customer processes and business requirements.
• Contribute to application development, automation, reporting, and data visualization efforts.
• Support technical integrations, APIs, and data model configurations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help develop technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and implementation best practices.
• Provide support and training to stakeholders on solutions post‑deployment.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and clarifying functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and project managers to support successful project delivery.
• Learn and apply best practices in solution architecture, UI/UX, and customer-focused design.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and product enhancement based on customer and team feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or a related STEM field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, scripting, software development, or technical solution delivery.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Git/GitHub.
• Internship, academic project, or professional experience involving automation, analytics, or cloud-based application development.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum environments.
• Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms and development tools (Google Cloud preferred; AWS or Azure experience also relevant).
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with machine learning and AI-enabled solutions.

• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to obtain a working knowledge of the client’s health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
• Ship or travel assignments may be required for roles supporting government contracts.

Location, Work Type & Compensation

• Location: Mount Rainier, MD (role supports remote/telecommute work)
• Employment type: Full‑time
• Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (provided by client)
• Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance

• Could report to a Project Manager, Program Manager, or a more senior level Consultant.
