Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS and HVAC equipment
- Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation
- Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision
- Support testing and inspection to ensure system performance and regulatory compliance
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Follow Client safety and quality standards at customer sites
- Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments

Minimum qualifications and skills:
- Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related technical field (military technical experience considered)
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts (voltage, current, airflow, pressure)
- Strong willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and work in field environments
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
Physical / Work Environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation; will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds for short durations
- Ability to kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable traveling multiple days by car or flight as projects require
- Willingness to travel frequently; role requires up to ~80% travel depending on client needs
- Work requires strong attention to safety at all times
