What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Technical Recruiter / Sourcer to join their staffing team focused on telecommunications and IT roles. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that trains new recruiters to source, screen, and match candidates to client needs. Sourcers commonly promote to full Recruiter within 2–3 months based on performance.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing an understanding of technical skill sets in telecom and IT
• Searching for potential candidates that meet specific skill criteria
• Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and text
• Screening for candidate strengths, interests, and fit
• Matching candidates with clients and roles that align with their goals and skills

What We’re Looking For

Candidates who succeed in this role are competitive, coachable, responsive, and communicate clearly. Required / preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable learning and using multiple business applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Customer-service mindset and ability to prioritize tasks
• Grit, determination, and a desire to achieve measurable goals

Compensation & Hours

• Employment type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Compensation: Base pay + uncapped commission. First-year total compensation is estimated at approximately $50,000–$55,000 with room for rapid growth.
• Career growth: Formal pathway from Sourcer to Recruiter with early promotion opportunities for top performers.
