What You’ll Do
Careertakes is partnering with a Confidential Client in the Logistics & Warehouse industry to hire entry-level Technical Recruiters in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, hands-on graduate training program that prepares recent graduates for a Technical Recruiter role with structured mentorship and measurable performance goals.
- Participate in a 3-month training program with experienced recruiters and account executives (January 11, 2027 start date).
- Work closely with a Team Lead to learn sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate submittal best practices.
- Conduct outreach and cold-calling to build candidate pipelines and assist with business prospecting.
- Prepare candidate submittal packages and coach candidates for phone and in-person interviews.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on rate discussions and placement logistics.
- Meet weekly performance metrics (phone interviews, submittals, and activity targets).
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
