What You’ll Do

This is a Technical Data/Product role focused on enterprise HR data products — not a traditional feature-focused product manager position. You will work with engineering, BI, AI/ML, architecture, and business stakeholders to build, scale, and govern data products across the employee lifecycle.

  • Own discovery, requirements, backlog management, and delivery execution for data products
  • Translate business problems into epics, features, and user stories focused on data flows and outcomes
  • Partner with Data Engineering on data onboarding, pipelines, and product delivery
  • Drive data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality initiatives
  • Support cloud-based data platforms and analytics/ML environments
  • Connect technical capabilities (platforms, pipelines, metadata) to measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years (Associate) or 3–5 years (Senior Associate) of relevant product/data experience
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, pipelines, data lifecycle, and analytics ecosystems
  • Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Looker, or similar modern data stack tools
  • Comfortable working directly with technical teams and senior stakeholders
  • SQL experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Compensation & Location

  • Location: Wilmington, DE (onsite / hybrid as defined by the client)
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Salary range (reported by the client): $100,000 — $160,000 per year
