  • Specify how the robot integrates with dispatch, fleet management, energy logistics, and site-owner tools
  • Analyze the mobile energy and EV charging market; build per-robot and per-site business cases and positioning
  • Shape the simulator/digital twin to size deployments, validate designs, and support presales
  • Balance priorities across navigation, perception, arm docking, battery, fleet software, and site software — weighing customer value, safety, cost, and schedule

  • Manage prototype and pilot builds, release readiness, and requirements change control

Pilot Operations Support

  • Act as primary contact for pilot customers and site operators
  • Prepare pilot sites with engineering: surveys, mapping, operating procedures, and staff safety briefings
  • Support commissioning and day-to-day operations: monitor fleets, triage field issues, and verify fixes on-site
  • Provide hands-on operational support and routine maintenance alongside field technicians
  • Track pilot KPIs (sessions, energy delivered, uptime, interventions, satisfaction) and report results
  • Produce operator training materials and runbooks

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related field
  • 3+ years product management experience for technical hardware/software products; experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, EV charging, or energy storage strongly preferred
