What You’ll Do

This entry-level Technical Analyst role supports the delivery, integration, and optimization of technology solutions for a confidential client in the IT industry. Day-to-day you will:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s industry, organization, customers, and business objectives
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates by asking thoughtful questions and clarifying business and technical needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches and solution designs
  • Apply foundational technical concepts to support applications, systems, data, integrations, and other technology components
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and project deliverables
  • Use modern and AI-enabled tools to support analysis, documentation, testing, and solution development
  • Apply responsible AI practices that consider privacy, security, accuracy, transparency, and human oversight
  • Communicate progress and technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship
  • Certain positions may require U.S. citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Foundational understanding of applications, systems, data integrations, and the software development lifecycle
  • Exposure to programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript), databases, APIs/system integration, cloud technologies, or automation tools is a plus
  • Exposure via coursework, internships, research, or personal projects is preferred but not required
  • Interest in responsibly using AI-enabled tools and modern automation to support technical analysis

Location, Schedule & Compensation

  • Location: Highland Park, TX (on-site / client site) — this role requires being in the office or on client site 5 days per week.
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Reasonable estimate of compensation provided by the confidential client: $52,200 - $95,700 per year.
  • All offers are contingent on successful completion of required background investigations. Specific assignment requirements (including credit checks or clearance needs) may vary by role.
