Position Summary

Confidential Client is seeking an experienced Technical AI Product Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI product initiatives. You will partner with engineering, data science, security, UX, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, own roadmaps, manage backlogs in JIRA, and deliver reliable AI capabilities across a large, matrixed organization.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, security, compliance, UX, and business stakeholders) to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Own backlog, sprint planning, and release execution using JIRA and Agile (SAFe/Kanban) practices.
• Prioritize features and technical debt based on business impact, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure scalability, observability, and responsible AI controls.
• Communicate product status, trade-offs, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive data- and metric-driven decision-making; define success metrics and monitor product health.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management / product ownership experience, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise products.
• Extensive, multi-year experience working with AI technologies at scale in large, matrixed organizations (managing a single AI agent or small startup-focused work is not sufficient).
• Strong practical background working within Agile, SAFe, or Kanban environments.
• Deep, hands-on proficiency with JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. (If specific U.S. citizenship or clearance is required for this role due to contract or security requirements, the client will communicate that explicitly.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure or familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare Insurance industry or working with regulated healthcare data and compliance requirements.
• Product management certifications or formal training in Agile/SAFe are a plus.
