What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Technology Transformation Analyst to support packages, platforms, and AI-enabled transformations. You will work on engagements that modernize legacy systems, implement cloud and application transformations, and apply AI/agentic solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
- Automate business processes with AI and intelligent workflow solutions
- Use AI tools and agents to assess current-state processes and design future-state models
- Support agentification and workflow design to improve efficiency and scalability
- Assist with modernization and migration of enterprise applications and cloud platforms
- Deploy analytics platforms that enable actionable insights and smarter decision making
- Integrate digital tools across systems to create unified, future-ready ecosystems
- Participate in testing, performance measurement, and change management activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in process transformation using AI and enterprise technology solutions
- Work on packages & platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, and ServiceNow
- Build prompts, skills, and workflow enhancements using AI tooling
- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analysis, and future-state process design
- Help with workflow optimization, testing, and performance measurement
- Drive user adoption and assist with change-management activities
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Who You Are (Required Qualifications)
This is an entry-level role intended for candidates beginning or building a career in technology transformation.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong academic record (3.0 cumulative GPA required; 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% on average
- Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (approx. 100-mile radius) and be able to commute daily if required upon start
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, learning quickly, and applying AI and data-driven approaches to solve problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on familiarity or coursework with enterprise packages (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), HCM (Workday), or planning platforms (Anaplan)
- Experience or coursework in data analytics, cloud fundamentals, or AI/ML concepts
- Exposure to automation tools, workflow engines, or conversational agents
- Internships, project experience, or student teams demonstrating problem-solving and teamwork
