What You’ll Do

This entry-level analyst role supports enterprise technology strategy and strategic advising for large, complex clients. You will help translate messy data into clear recommendations that leaders can act on.

  • Work on lightly defined, high-impact problems: frame the right question, analyze data, surface insights, and propose executable recommendations.
  • Build quantitative analyses and syntheses that inform executive decisions.
  • Use and learn modern AI tools and accelerators to speed analysis and surface opportunities.
  • Advise on technology modernization choices: platforms, data, cloud, architecture, cyber, and operating models.
  • Recommend where AI can create differentiated, responsibly scaled value.
  • Help design modernization roadmaps and change programs that connect strategy to execution.
  • Communicate findings clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

This role is designed as an apprenticeship: you’ll be challenged early and coached often.

  • Rapid on-the-job feedback and mentorship from experienced strategists and technical experts.
  • Broad exposure across industries and problem types to accelerate learning and identify areas to specialize.
  • Practical development of skills: data analysis, technical translation for executives, and structured problem solving.
  • Career paths toward senior strategy roles or technical leadership (future executive advisor/CXO tracks).

Where You’ll Focus

You will advise large clients across industries, gaining breadth first and then depth in chosen sectors and capabilities.

  • Industry exposure may include: Consumer; Energy, Resources & Industrials; Financial Services; Government & Public Services; Life Sciences & Healthcare; Technology, Media & Telecom; Supply Chain; and more.
  • Capability focus options include: Tech & AI Strategy, Enterprise Risk, Supply Chain Strategy, Engineering-as-a-Service, and Technology Transformation.

Required Qualifications

This posting is intended for current students and those beginning a consulting/strategy career. Applicants must meet the following:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the listed majors or a related program:
    • Info Systems, Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Liberal Arts
  • Strong academic record: 3.3 cumulative GPA required (3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (example: ~100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily if required upon start date.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving, basic coding/data-analysis curiosity, and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Employment Details & Compensation

  • Employment type: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Location: Costa Mesa, CA (commutable to assigned office).
  • Travel: Up to ~50% typical, depending on client work.
  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Estimated base salary: $105,000 (employer-provided estimate).
