What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Tech Packages Analyst to support technology package implementation and operations for Government & Public Services clients. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user enablement to help clients realize value from commercial and packaged software.

  • Support requirements gathering and translate business needs into system configuration.
  • Configure and test technology packages; run and document test cases.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
  • Assist with data migration activities, validation, and cutover support.
  • Support upgrade management and performance monitoring efforts.
  • Deliver user training and create clear documentation for client teams.
  • Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to small project workstreams; escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Execute system configuration and setup for technology packages.
  • Create and execute test plans; log defects and verification steps.
  • Help migrate, validate, and reconcile data between systems.
  • Monitor system performance and assist with tuning or remediation.
  • Provide user support, training materials, and coaching for client users.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet project milestones.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Data Analytics, or an equivalent program. (If enrolled, expected graduation by Summer 2027.)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment.
  • Reside within a commutable distance (e.g., ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office with the ability to commute daily if required.
  • Ability to travel up to ~50% on average, depending on client needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in system implementation, data migration, testing, information systems, or technology management.
  • Familiarity with packaged enterprise software (ERP, CRM, finance systems) or implementation lifecycle processes.
  • Basic scripting, SQL, or data-handling experience is a plus.

Location & Travel

  • Primary work location: Grandview Heights / Columbus, OH area.
  • This role may require frequent client travel (up to ~50%).
  • Candidates must be able to commute to the assigned office as needed.

Compensation

  • Disclosed estimated salary range: $88,000 to $91,000 per year. The final offer will reflect candidate experience, skills, and market/geographic considerations.
