What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Tech Delivery Analyst to support engineering and technology delivery teams in the Government & Public Services (IT) space. In this role you will coordinate day-to-day delivery activities, help manage project tasks and schedules, and support stakeholder and resourcing processes that enable timely, on-budget outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee engineering/project delivery teams to meet technical requirements and deadlines
- Track project tasks, milestones, and team progress using standard delivery tools
- Support stakeholder management and communications across clients and internal teams
- Assist with team staffing, pricing inputs, and resource forecasting
- Implement and follow risk-management processes and support issue escalation
- Foster team collaboration and help maintain documentation of delivery artifacts
- Support project workstreams and provide clear guidance to team members as needed
The Team
You will join Confidential Client’s Government & Public Services practice working across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts for public sector clients (government agencies, higher education, nonprofits). Teams emphasize collaboration, skills development, and exposure to multiple client environments so Analysts can build consulting and technical delivery experience.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with expected graduation by Summer 2027 OR completed bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management, or equivalent)
- 3.0 cumulative GPA minimum
- Reside within a commutable distance (example: ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office with ability to commute daily if required
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client and project needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
Preferred
- 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred
- Internship, coursework, or project experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, or technology management

Compensation & Location
- Employment type: FULL_TIME (entry-level)
- Estimated wage range disclosed by Confidential Client: $88,000 — $91,000 per year
- Note: the posting also shows an estimated figure for benchmarking; final compensation depends on skills, experience, and other factors.
- Primary work location: Sacramento, CA — candidates should be commutable to the assigned office as noted above
- Ability to travel and obtain security clearance required
