Position Overview

Confidential Client (IT) is recruiting an entry-level Tech Delivery Analyst to support engineering and technology delivery teams in the Government & Public Services sector. This role focuses on coordinating project delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, tracking tasks and risks, and supporting staffing and pricing activities to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee engineering and technology project delivery activities to meet technical requirements and deadlines
  • Track and report project tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Support stakeholder management and communication across client and delivery teams
  • Assist with team staffing recommendations, resource planning, and pricing inputs
  • Implement and maintain tools, templates, and processes for effective risk and issue management
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and help remove blockers to keep work on schedule
  • Provide clear, concise status updates and documentation for project leadership and clients
  • Support small project workstreams or lead components of larger engagements under supervision

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management, or equivalent). If enrolled, expected graduation by Summer 2027 is acceptable.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
  • Reside within a commutable distance (example: approximately 100-mile radius) of assigned office with ability to commute daily if required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, or technology management
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of software delivery lifecycle and engineering team workflows

Compensation & Logistics

  • Salary range (estimated): $88,000 to $91,000 per year
  • Estimated salary indicator on source page: $105,340 (market-based estimate)
