What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Learning & Technology Adoption Specialist to help employees adopt core systems and modern work tools. In this hybrid role based in Meadows, NJ, you will deliver live and on-demand training, provide 1:1 coaching, create concise learning content, and support adoption of generative AI and productivity platforms across the organization.

• Deliver in-person and virtual training on Microsoft 365, document management, collaboration platforms, and legal/industry-specific tools
• Lead structured onboarding sessions for new hires (attorneys and business staff) with role-tailored guidance
• Host regular “Tech Office Hours” for 1:1 assistance and workflow-focused coaching
• Create just-in-time learning assets: tip sheets, short videos, and quick walkthroughs
• Track training feedback and identify skills gaps; coordinate with Help Desk and Product/Engineering teams
• Provide foundational, responsible-use training on generative AI tools and advise on practical integrations into daily work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups
• Demonstrated curiosity about technology and the ability to learn new apps quickly
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, approachable language
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
• Willingness to receive feedback and grow in a learning/adoption role
• No prior legal-industry experience required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Hybrid work model (on-site in Meadows, NJ as required)
• Ability to sit at a desk most of the day and walk short distances
• Manual dexterity for handling office equipment and light materials
• Ability to carry light objects (e.g., files); occasional lifting up to the range stated by the employer

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 per year.
• Exempt, Full-time, Hybrid
• The salary range represents the Confidential Client’s good-faith estimate of possible compensation. Actual pay depends on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits are provided per company policy.
