What You’ll Do
This 12-month Graduate Technology program includes two six-month rotations designed to give entry-level software engineers hands-on experience across big data, AI, SRE, DevOps, security engineering and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure). You will work with mentors, receive formal training, and contribute to real products that support insurance, healthcare, and government markets.
- Write and review portions of technical specifications for system components of simple complexity
- Implement coding best practices and participate in code reviews under senior guidance
- Complete bug fixes and apply test-driven development practices
- Work across development environments and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Support basic operational and security tasks; learn SRE/DevOps fundamentals
- Stay current with new tools and technologies and apply data modeling and manipulation skills
What We’re Looking For
- Graduation date between May 2026 and December 2026
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity or proficiency with one or more development languages: Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, .NET
- Comfortable on Windows and Linux environments
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and test-driven development
- Basic understanding of data modeling and data manipulation languages
- Desire and ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly
Compensation & Benefits
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600 per year (geographic differentials may apply)
- Role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus
