About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring energetic, mission-driven teachers for the 2026–27 school year. This role is open to entry-level and experienced candidates — you do not need a background in education to succeed. We provide intensive training, ongoing coaching, and a proven curriculum so you can grow into a high-impact classroom teacher.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver standards-aligned lesson plans and classroom instruction.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and technology to engage learners.
• Manage a classroom of 20+ students and maintain a structured, positive learning environment.
• Assess student progress via assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administrators to support scholar growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work with Confidential Client.
• Willingness to complete intensive onboarding and ongoing professional development.
