What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring teachers for the 2026–27 school year who are ready to make a measurable difference for K–12 students. You’ll deliver daily instruction using a proven curriculum, manage a full classroom, and partner with families and colleagues to accelerate student growth.
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with grade-level standards and the provided curriculum.
- Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage scholars.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ students, maintaining a productive and structured learning environment.
- Assess student progress with assignments, quizzes, and observations; provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to families.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, instructional coaches, and school leaders to improve instruction.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development; pursue leadership opportunities when ready.
Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day
- Implement daily lesson plans from the curriculum while tailoring instruction to student needs.
- Lead whole-class, small-group, and one-on-one instruction.
- Track and analyze student data to inform instruction and interventions.
- Establish clear classroom rules, routines, and high academic expectations.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers about academics and behavior.
- Engage in frequent feedback cycles with instructional leaders to refine practice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of employment with Confidential Client.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in person in New York City.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay will vary based on experience and credentials).
