What You’ll Do

• Serve as an ambassador of a winning adult culture — model professionalism, ownership, and high expectations.
• Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that drives mastery of grade‑level content.
• Study curriculum materials deeply and complete course work to understand intellectual demands.
• Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students with consistent routines and high expectations.
• Build trusting relationships with students and families and communicate student progress regularly.
• Use assessment data and student work to reflect, adapt, and improve instruction quickly.

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders, actively seek feedback, and apply coaching to improve student outcomes.
• Engage families productively to support academic growth and behavior.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned to curriculum goals and assessments.

• Maintain accurate records and support school operations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree prior to your first day of work with Confidential Client.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, drive, and coachability.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.
