What You’ll Do

Build your tax skills at a US Delivery Center supporting Transfer Pricing or International Tax engagements. This entry-level Tax Delivery Consultant role (Summer 2027 start) provides hands-on exposure to research, financial analysis, tax calculations, and client deliverables with opportunities to work across teams.

  • Transfer Pricing responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and market research to assess operational and profitability drivers.

  • Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation and modeling support.

  • Assist with benchmarking studies and analyze financial statement data.

  • Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other client materials.

  • Manage multiple assignments and collaborate with team members across levels.

  • International Tax responsibilities:

  • Prepare international tax calculations, including foreign tax credit computations.

  • Research U.S. international tax laws, filing requirements, and client-specific implications.

  • Develop recommendations based on tax research and analysis.

  • Identify process improvements for data collection, data mapping, tax tools, and analytics.

  • Support engagement delivery (coordination with engagement leaders on execution, budgeting, billing, and team support).


Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 OR have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Mathematics, or a technology-related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Reside within a commutable distance of the Gilbert, AZ office with the ability to commute daily if required; expect to co-locate on average 2–3 times per week (varies by project/client).
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Start date: Summer 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or experience in economics, finance, modeling, or empirical analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Power Query, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Alteryx, or XML.
  • Prior experience supporting tax, finance, or analytical projects (internship, summer position, or school job).

The Team

You will join a US Delivery Center model focused on quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing. Team members work closely with engagement teams across the organization, build technical capabilities, and support complex client work with limited travel. The role provides mentorship and exposure to cross-functional tax projects.
