What You’ll Do

Business operates on a global scale, and transfer pricing sits at the intersection of economics, business, and tax. As a Tax Consultant on the Transfer Pricing team you will support engagements that analyze intercompany transactions and address economic issues affecting multinational organizations. This role is an entry-level consulting opportunity to build analytical skills and contribute to cross-border projects.

  • Conduct industry and market research that affects client operations and profitability
  • Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation modeling for companies and intangible property
  • Research comparable benchmarks and analyze financial statement data
  • Draft proposals, technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Manage multiple assignments while collaborating across teams and workstreams
  • Communicate findings clearly to internal teams and clients

Qualifications (Required)

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or have completed a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or business
  • Strong academic track record (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships and work both independently and on teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office and be able to co‑locate on average 2–3 times per week (may vary by project)
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
  • Target start date: Summer 2027

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience in economics, finance, accounting, tax, or transfer pricing
  • Experience with valuation techniques, financial modeling, or comparable benchmarking
  • Comfort working with large datasets and producing client-ready deliverables

Team & Work Environment

You will join the Transfer Pricing team advising on intercompany transactions involving products, services, intangible property, and financial arrangements across jurisdictions. Team members work with professionals across the global network to address technical and business issues in an evolving regulatory environment. This is an entry-level role intended for candidates beginning or building a career in transfer pricing and tax consulting.


Compensation, Location & Other Details

  • Location: SoMa / San Francisco, CA (you must be able to commute to the assigned office)
  • Estimated wage range: $54,160 to $99,600 per year. The disclosed range is an estimate and may be adjusted for geographic differential and other factors.
  • Recruiting for this role ends on 2026-07-31 (candidates should confirm current status when applying)
  • Employment type: Full-time (entry-level)
  • This role may require travel up to 50% depending on client engagements
  • The position will start in Summer 2027
