What You’ll Do

Business operates on a global scale, and transfer pricing sits at the intersection of economics, business, and tax. As a Tax Consultant on the Transfer Pricing team for our Confidential Client, you will support transfer pricing engagements and analyze intercompany cross-border transactions. This role is an entry-level, summer-2027 start that builds consulting experience and strengthens analytical skills while working on complex cross-border matters.

• Conduct industry research on factors affecting client operations and profitability
• Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation modeling for companies and intangible property
• Research comparable benchmarks and analyze financial statement data
• Draft proposals, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
• Manage multiple assignments while collaborating across teams and workstreams
• Communicate findings clearly to team members and client stakeholders

Qualifications

Required

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or business
• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client and project needs
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office and be able to commute daily if required; expect to co-locate on average 2–3 times per week
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Prior internship or work experience in economics, finance, accounting, tax, or transfer pricing
• Experience with valuation modeling, benchmarking, or data analysis tools

Location & Travel

• Location: Minneapolis, MN (position will be based in the Minneapolis office)
• Travel: Up to 50% on average depending on clients and projects
• On-site/co-location expectations: typically 2–3 times per week with variations by project

Compensation

• Disclosed hiring range (estimate): $54,160 to $99,600 per year
• Market/estimated midpoint shown on some sources: approximately $107,200/year (estimated)
• Final pay will depend on skills, experience, location, and other factors in accordance with applicable law

The Team

The Transfer Pricing team advises clients on intercompany transactions involving products, services, intangible property, and financial arrangements across jurisdictions. Team members collaborate with professionals across the global network to address technical and business issues in an evolving regulatory environment.
