What You’ll Do
As a Tax Consultant on the Global Employer Services team, you will support clients on global compensation, benefits, mobility, and workforce programs. Responsibilities include:
- Support client staffing and operational decisions related to global talent programs
- Analyze tax laws and regulations that affect mobility, compensation, and reward programs
- Assist in program design, compliance processes, and operational improvements
- Evaluate workforce processes and technologies that support global operations and scale
- Contribute to project delivery and build strong client relationships across engagements
- Prepare clear deliverables and communicate findings to project teams and clients
Qualifications (Required)
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate Summer or Fall 2027, OR have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, human resources, international business, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and high quality work product
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on teams
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
- Must reside within commutable distance of the assigned office and be able to co-locate on average 2–3 times per week as required by client/project work
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old at time of employment
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, summer, part-time, or other work experience in tax, compensation, benefits, HR, finance, or consulting
- Coursework in tax, accounting, finance, economics, HR, data analytics, or information systems
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and professional demeanor working with clients or cross-functional teams
Compensation & Logistics
- Employment type: FULL_TIME
- Pay range (estimate): $54,160 — $99,600 per year (provided by the client; actual offer will depend on experience, education, and other factors)
- Location: SoMa / San Francisco, CA — candidate must be able to commute to the assigned office as required
- Start date: Summer 2027 / Winter 2028
