What You’ll Do

Managing taxes and using technology to do so is a critical part of business strategy. As a Tax Consultant (Technology) you will support client engagements by combining tax knowledge with technology-enabled approaches. You will perform technical research, analyze client facts, prepare deliverables, and collaborate with teammates to solve complex tax challenges.

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Summer or Fall 2027, or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related/equivalent program
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality in deliverables
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
  • You must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office with the ability to commute daily if required; expect to co-locate on average 2–3 times per week
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering
  • Internship, summer position, or school job experience in tax, data analytics, or technology

Compensation & Timing

  • This is an entry-level opportunity (start: Summer 2027 or Winter 2028).
  • Pay range (estimate): $54,160 — $99,600 per year. This range reflects typical hiring factors (experience, skills, certifications, etc.) and may be adjusted for geographic differentials.
  • Recruiting for this role ends on 9/23/2026.

You will join a Tax team that leverages technical tax knowledge, process thinking, data, and technology to deliver insights and solutions across industries. The team works collaboratively to address complex business and reporting issues and supports career development through hands-on client work.


Location & Work Arrangement

  • Location: Morristown, NJ — you must be within a commutable distance of the assigned office.
  • Hybrid expectations: co-locate on average 2–3 times per week; travel up to 50% as required by client work.
