What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Tax Associate role embedded in a Family Office environment. You will support tax planning and preparation for high-net-worth individuals and businesses while collaborating closely with CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors.
- Analyze client tax liability and identify planning opportunities
- Prepare tax projections and assist with tax return preparation
- Support the Tax Team in servicing client accounts and executing tax strategies
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and client sessions as required
- Meet assigned goals and deliverables on schedule
- Ensure compliance with all applicable industry rules and regulations
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, a service mindset, and the ability to work across disciplines within a financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Ability to obtain active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and pursue Enrolled Agent designation (if applicable)
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional accountability
- Leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial spirit are a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary (provided by source): $61,621 per year — estimated
