What You’ll Do
- Identify and research qualified candidates for active searches across life sciences and biotech
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Bullhorn, and other recruiting tools
- Conduct outreach through phone, text, email, and LinkedIn
- Speak with candidates to learn about their experience, career goals, and interests
- Conduct initial candidate qualification and screening
- Maintain accurate candidate information and notes in Bullhorn
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters
- Support Executive Recruiters on Director, VP, and executive-level searches
- Conduct market research and talent mapping across the life sciences industry
- Build relationships with candidates and develop long-term talent networks
- Learn and apply recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement best practices
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
Who We’re Looking For

- Recent college graduate or early-career professional (Bachelor’s degree required)

Previous recruiting experience is not required. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, student organizations, or other people-focused roles is valuable — we prioritize attitude, work ethic, and communication skills.
