Responsibilities
This entry‑level Talent Coordinator role supports influencer campaigns and talent management for a Confidential Client. You will help execute day‑to‑day campaign operations, keep talent and client workflows organized, and report on campaign performance in a hybrid work model.
- Handle consistent day‑to‑day communication with talent and clients to run contracted programs successfully.
- Enter and maintain campaign and talent data in internal systems.
- Manage contractual obligations: timelines, creative briefs, content submissions, and posting schedules.
- Track and report campaign metrics and success to talent managers and clients.
- Maintain organized processes and checklists to ensure obligations and goals are met.
- Manage talent calendars according to campaign needs.
- Manage client expectations in coordination with talent managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent and brands.
- Keep talent analytics and internal tools up to date.
- Support talent managers with media kits, profile setup for new talent, and list/pitch building as needed.
- Monitor industry and platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable managing projects independently and prioritizing competing tasks.
- Self‑starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships.
- Strong listening, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable with performance targets and tracking campaign metrics.
Work Type & Location
This is a full‑time, year‑round position with a hybrid remote working model. Candidates must be based in one of the following U.S. states: AZ, CA, FL, MA, NC, NJ, NY, TN, or TX. The authoritative location for this specific posting is Nashville, TN. Occasional in‑person attendance may be required depending on team and client needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Non‑exempt, hourly-eligible position (overtime-eligible).
- Salary range: $45,000–$50,000 per year.
