About the Role

Confidential Client is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People Operations team supporting technology solutions hiring. In this role you will manage candidate communications and screening, support strategic sourcing for engineering and delivery roles, and help run entry-level cohort recruitment programs. You will ensure a high-quality candidate experience and contribute to building a scalable talent pipeline aligned with the hiring philosophy “Right Person, Right Seat.”

• Estimated annual pay: $94,338 (per source)
• Location: Minerva Park, OH — hybrid work model (team-level details to be shared during the process)

What You’ll Do

• Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer — ensure a seamless, professional process
• Manage timely candidate communications and coordinate interviews and feedback loops
• Source engineering and delivery talent using job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach
• Promote and recruit for the entry-level cohort development program at target campuses and events
• Maintain and manage active pipelines for upcoming cohorts and other organizational roles
• Coordinate candidate travel or accommodations when required
• Use ATS and CRM platforms to track candidates and ensure data accuracy
• Partner with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to align sourcing with hiring needs
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to talent acquisition strategy

The Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years of technical recruiting experience (technology/consulting experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and candidate sourcing tools
• Internship or prior work in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus
