Role & Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full‑cycle recruitment with a primary focus on campus and early‑career sales hiring (e.g., Sales Development Reps, Account Executive Associates, new‑grad sales trainees). This role builds and manages university relationships, runs campus programs and events, and partners closely with Sales leadership to keep the early‑career pipeline full, diverse, and ready to convert into full‑time hires. The role also supports hiring across other functions as needed.

Campus & Early‑Career Recruitment

  • Follow and execute a campus recruitment strategy to attract early‑career sales talent from universities and colleges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with career services, business/sales programs, and student sales organizations.
  • Plan and represent the confidential client at career fairs, campus info sessions, case competitions, and collegiate sales competitions.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for entry‑level sales roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers through to start date.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source candidates through university partnerships, LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and sales‑focused student organizations.
  • Build and maintain a warm talent community/pipeline to speed time‑to‑fill for future openings.
  • Track and report on pipeline health including applicant flow, conversion, time‑to‑fill, and diversity metrics.

Candidate Experience & Assessment

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales aptitude, communication, coachability, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview panels with sales hiring managers; coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and consistent evaluation.
  • Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding handoff.

Employer Branding & Programs

  • Represent and promote the confidential client’s employer brand on campus and within early‑career talent communities.
  • Partner with Marketing and HR to create recruitment materials, social content, and campus event collateral targeted at early‑career sales audiences.
  • Support design and administration of internship and new‑grad sales development programs.

Broader Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruitment for additional open roles across the business outside of the campus/early‑career program.
  • Partner with hiring managers across functions to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and manage requisitions from intake to offer.
  • Balance recruiting capacity between campus/early‑career programs and general hiring; escalate capacity constraints to TA leadership.
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS; provide regular pipeline and hiring reports to Talent Acquisition leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, ideally including campus/early‑career or sales recruiting.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with university career centers and student organizations.
  • Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and reprioritizing as hiring needs shift.
  • Familiarity with sales roles and sales competencies preferred.
  • Proficiency with an ATS (Jobvite preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Hiring Assistant.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the confidential client at in‑person campus events.
  • Travel requirement: up to 30% for campus engagement and events.

Preferred Characteristics

  • Relationship‑builder who enjoys campus engagement and represents the brand well in person
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized — able to manage multiple requisitions and events simultaneously
  • Comfortable with recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting
  • Genuine interest in sales talent and what makes early‑career sales hires succeed

Compensation & Additional Info

  • Compensation (as listed): $60,000 base (per source) + 5% bonus.
  • Employment type: Full time / Contractor (role may be listed with multiple employment types; final terms set by the hiring organization).
  • Location: Miami Lakes, FL (on‑site / travel for campus events as required).
