Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on campus and early-career sales hiring, plus general full-cycle recruitment support across the organization. This role owns end-to-end hiring for entry-level sales roles (SDRs, AE associates, new-grad sales trainees), builds university partnerships, represents the employer brand on campus, and supports hiring managers across functions to source and close top talent.
What You’ll Do
- Follow and execute a campus recruitment strategy to attract early-career sales talent from universities and colleges.
- Build and maintain relationships with career services, business/sales programs, and student sales organizations.
- Plan and represent Confidential Client at career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, and collegiate sales competitions.
- Run full-cycle recruitment for entry-level sales roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding handoff.
- Source via university partnerships, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and student organizations.
- Create and maintain a talent community/pipeline for future early-career openings.
- Track and report on pipeline health (applicant flow, conversion, time-to-fill, diversity metrics).
- Screen and assess candidates for sales aptitude, communication, coachability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview panels and coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and consistent evaluation.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
- Partner with Marketing and HR to develop recruitment materials and campus event collateral.
- Support the design and administration of internship and new-grad sales development programs.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for additional roles across the business as assigned; balance capacity between campus programs and general hiring.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular hiring/pipeline reports to TA leadership.
- Travel approximately 30% for campus engagement and in-person events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally including campus/early-career or sales recruiting.
- Experience building and managing relationships with university career centers and student organizations.
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and re-prioritizing as hiring needs shift.
- Familiarity with sales roles and competencies is preferred.
- Proficiency with an ATS (Jobvite preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter/Hiring Assistant.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the employer at in-person campus events.
- Willingness to travel ~30% for campus and recruiting events.

Compensation & Additional Details
