What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own early-talent and university recruiting initiatives in the Bee Cave / Austin area. You will be a campus-facing recruiter and programs lead who builds partnerships with universities, executes internship programs, and manages the candidate experience from sourcing through hire.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, student groups and career centers.
- Serve as the primary campus contact and liaison between schools and business stakeholders.
- Plan and support annual internship programming and on-site events.
- Source diverse candidates using targeted outreach and campus engagement strategies.
- Manage applicants in the ATS and keep recruitment records up to date.
- Track local market intelligence and share insights with hiring managers and teams.
- Coordinate early talent events, info sessions, career fairs and campus presentations.
What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting, HR, program management, marketing or related area.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Bee Cave, TX (Austin area).
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for campus and recruiting events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or co-op experience supporting university or early-talent programs.
- Demonstrated event planning, project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Proven interest in diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies.
- Leadership experience in school, work, or volunteer contexts.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing process improvements.
Compensation & Location
- Salary range: $50,400 — $88,200 per year. Exact pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location within the Bee Cave / Austin area.
- Employment type: Full-time (Contractor options may apply). This role is expected to be onsite in Bee Cave, TX with travel for campus events.
