What You’ll Do

  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by executing coordination efforts for assigned business units
  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews — including executive and management-level candidates
  • Arrange candidate travel logistics and draft interview agendas
  • Draft and extend offer letters and new-hire paperwork to selected hires
  • Maintain candidate records, job postings, and hiring data in the HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Provide follow-up new-hire correspondence via phone and email and collect documentation for background checks as needed
  • Pull and create regular recruiting reports for the Recruiting Manager
  • Visually screen applicants and prepare shortlists for hiring managers
  • Assist with process improvement projects and build cross-functional HR relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ~3 years’ experience in recruiting support or a talent acquisition environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Proven customer-service orientation and ability to exceed expectations
  • Experience creating reports in Excel and reviewing resumes to match job descriptions
  • Able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.; position is full-time, hourly

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated pay: $44,048 per year (estimated)
