Role Summary

Confidential client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator / Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to support high-volume and early-career hiring in New York, NY. This role manages the Student Associate program across two annual cycles and supports full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and high-volume roles. You will focus on process rigor, operational excellence, data-driven reporting, and creating an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Salary range (provided): $45,000–$70,000 per year

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the Student Associate program (Summer and Business Season cycles): workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, programming, and offboarding while improving process scalability.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and entry-level roles across venues and business units.
  • Coordinate and support venue hiring events and on-site recruitment activities.
  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align hiring needs and drive timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies that establish diverse pipelines through campus partnerships, referrals, social media, and targeted outreach.
  • Define and track program KPIs; build dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, hiring progress, and program performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—provide market context, interview guidance, and selection best practices.
  • Oversee recruiting operations in the ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and consistent processes across requisitions.
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Mentor and train team members on recruiting workflows, tools, and operational best practices.
  • Represent the organization professionally on-site and deliver exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR experience with exposure to high-volume recruiting, early-career programs, or internship program management. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience and managing multi-cycle early career or internship programs.
  • Strong project management and organization with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across levels.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting analytics and reporting to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR tech; experience with Greenhouse and Oracle HCM is a plus.
  • Passion for early-career talent development, employer branding, and continuous process improvement.
  • Experience with campus recruiting and university partnerships preferred.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience running high-volume seasonal or student hiring programs.
  • Advanced Excel, dashboarding, or reporting skills (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in venue, live entertainment, hospitality, or consumer-facing hiring environments.
