What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supporting recruiting operations, onboarding, and sourcing. You'll be the operational backbone of the hiring process—keeping schedules, paperwork, and candidate communications running smoothly—while gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting tactics and employer branding.

  • Own day-to-day recruiting operations: post requisitions, coordinate interview schedules and logistics, manage calendar invites, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • Prepare and process offer paperwork, background checks, and new-hire documentation in partnership with HR.
  • Lead new-hire orientation for corporate employees to deliver a consistent, welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Provide cross-functional HR support as needed (including retail HR coverage and other People-team tasks).
  • Support sourcing for higher-priority / hard-to-fill roles through job board postings, resume screening, and LinkedIn outreach; grow into more active sourcing responsibilities over time.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner on 1–2 easy-fill requisitions as you ramp, gaining supervised full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Own stretch projects that build recruiting skills: sourcing campaigns, employer branding, candidate communications, process documentation, and basic recruiting reporting.

Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years combined experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or customer service (internship experience welcomed).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars.
  • Comfortable learning new systems; experience with an ATS or HRIS (BambooHR, ADP, Workday, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a candidate- and employee-first mindset.
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to build a career in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and calendar tools (Zoom calendar experience helpful).
  • Able to handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in a growing, multi-brand organization with occasional ambiguity.
