What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level, hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supporting recruiting operations, onboarding, and sourcing. You'll be the operational backbone of the hiring process—keeping schedules, paperwork, and candidate communications running smoothly—while gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting tactics and employer branding.
- Own day-to-day recruiting operations: post requisitions, coordinate interview schedules and logistics, manage calendar invites, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Prepare and process offer paperwork, background checks, and new-hire documentation in partnership with HR.
- Lead new-hire orientation for corporate employees to deliver a consistent, welcoming onboarding experience.
- Provide cross-functional HR support as needed (including retail HR coverage and other People-team tasks).
- Support sourcing for higher-priority / hard-to-fill roles through job board postings, resume screening, and LinkedIn outreach; grow into more active sourcing responsibilities over time.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner on 1–2 easy-fill requisitions as you ramp, gaining supervised full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Own stretch projects that build recruiting skills: sourcing campaigns, employer branding, candidate communications, process documentation, and basic recruiting reporting.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years combined experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or customer service (internship experience welcomed).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars.
- Comfortable learning new systems; experience with an ATS or HRIS (BambooHR, ADP, Workday, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a candidate- and employee-first mindset.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to build a career in talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and calendar tools (Zoom calendar experience helpful).
- Able to handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a growing, multi-brand organization with occasional ambiguity.
Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid, in-office role based in Irvine, CA. The position requires onsite attendance 4 days per week with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Schedule and in-office expectations are subject to client policy updates.
Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on experience and subject to applicable law.
