What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations and candidate experience for HR & Recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Principals and Recruiters to coordinate events, manage job postings and requisitions, and support a variety of recruiting programs.

• Coordinate job fairs, recruiting events, and outreach activities for field and corporate audiences.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications to ensure a smooth experience.
• Assist with requisition creation and job posting management across recruiting channels.
• Maintain recruiting materials and giveaways; track inventory and shipping as needed.
• Support scholarship program administration, invoice processing, and event outcome reporting.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations (universities, community groups, diversity partners).
• Track event outcomes and report metrics to the Talent Acquisition team to inform sourcing strategies.
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility through recruitment programs.
• Travel up to 10% for business purposes (within and out of state).

Compensation

Salary range (provided by the employer): $65,000 - $113,750 per year (Salaried). Actual pay offered will depend on geography, skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills; comfortable with public speaking.
• Demonstrated time-management skills — ability to prioritize and track multiple projects and deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to jump into new tasks.
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% for business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience specifically in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and produce actionable reports.
• Experience with project management practices and tools.
