Role summary

Confidential Client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate in Santa Ana, CA to manage full‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level, high‑volume, non‑exempt roles. This position supports sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, onboarding, and consultative partnership with hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of entry‑level, high‑volume, non‑exempt roles: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate conversion of temporary employees to regular status and support internal transfers, promotions, and temporary staffing needs.
  • Assist recruiters with drafting and posting job advertisements.
  • Support planning and execution of hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Required: 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred: Recruiting experience in corporate environments, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms.

Specialized skills

  • Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, assessing, closing, offer processes, and relationship management.
  • Skilled in creative sourcing strategies and tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Physical requirements

  • Regularly required to talk or hear; to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation

  • Pay range: $58,531.00 - $87,797.00 per year.
  • Pay may be based on market location, education, responsibilities, experience, and other factors.
