Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate (temporary, fixed-term) to support full‑cycle recruitment for high-volume, entry-level and non-exempt roles across the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and delivering a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience for a large, fast-growing healthcare team serving seniors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of entry‑level, high‑volume, non‑exempt roles: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate conversion of temporary employees to regular status and support internal transfers and promotions.
- Assist recruiters with drafting and posting job advertisements and tracking metrics.
- Support coordination and execution of hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, define job requirements, and execute recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc recruiting projects and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally with high‑volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components: sourcing, screening, assessment, closing, offers, and relationship management.
- Proven experience with creative sourcing strategies and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate data integrity.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements relevant to hiring.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple roles, and shifting timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
- Recruiting experience in corporate environments, healthcare organizations, or search firms.
- Prior experience supporting large, time‑sensitive hiring initiatives or conversion programs.
Compensation
- Pay range: $58,531.00 - $87,797.00 per year (range provided by the client; final pay will consider market location, education, experience, and responsibilities).

- Regular verbal communication and ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lifts/moves up to 10 pounds. Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus.
