Position Overview

This temporary, fixed‑term Talent Acquisition Associate role supports a Confidential Client in the HR & Recruitment industry. You will manage high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level, non‑exempt roles — partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, coordinating hiring events, and supporting conversions from temporary to regular status. This is a contract, full‑time engagement.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of entry‑level, high‑volume, non‑exempt roles: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate conversion of temporary employees to regular status and support internal transfers and promotions.
  • Assist recruiters with drafting and posting job advertisements.
  • Support planning and execution of hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Complete other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Required: 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting within corporate environments, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms.
  • Required education: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Tools

  • Knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting components: sourcing, qualifying, assessing, closing, offer processes, and relationship management.
  • Skilled in creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment law and hiring compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Employment Type

  • Pay range: $58,531.00 - $87,797.00 per year.
  • Employment type: Temporary, Fixed‑term — full time / contractor (as applicable per assignment).
  • Pay may vary based on market location, experience, education, and responsibilities.
