The Talent Acquisition Advisor at Confidential Client is responsible for executing the organization's recruiting strategy focused on sourcing and attracting intern and new graduate candidates, primarily within engineering and construction groups. This role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and aligning talent acquisition efforts with business needs to support Confidential Client's growth and operational goals.

What You’ll Do
This Talent Acquisition Advisor role partners with hiring managers to implement early-career recruiting strategies and deliver high-quality intern and new graduate hires for a confidential client in the Construction & Engineering industry. This is an office-based role located in Trammells, TX.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
- Own end-to-end recruiting activities for early-career roles, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Plan and execute campus recruiting programs (career fairs, info sessions) and manage relationships with universities and other early-talent sources.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to align on role requirements, impact, and market expectations.
- Maintain accuracy of candidate records and activity in applicant tracking systems; provide timely reporting to hiring leaders.
- Partner with operational recruiters and HR teams to manage requisitions, rehires, and internal/external postings.
- Advise on market supply and talent pipelines; develop sourcing strategies to meet short- and long-term workforce needs.
- Support hiring decisions by assessing applicant quality and negotiating offers when appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally with campus or early-career recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High initiative, strong work ethic, and commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Ability to travel overnight throughout the U.S. and/or Canada as needed.
- Passion for safety and desire to help maintain a safe working environment.

- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as required by recruiting events or business needs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 (actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and location).
