What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring Systems Engineers to join cross-functional teams developing Electronic Warfare (EW) and advanced electronic systems in Nashua, NH. You will contribute across the product lifecycle from requirements and design through integration, verification, and field testing.

  • Support creation and review of system, software, component, and subsystem requirements and operational concepts
  • Derive, decompose, allocate and trace requirements and maintain requirement traceability
  • Identify technical risks and opportunities and support mitigation strategies
  • Define and measure System Technical Performance Measures
  • Participate in trade studies, design reviews, peer reviews, and customer meetings
  • Support system modeling & simulation, architecture, design, development, integration, and test activities
  • Define external and internal interfaces and support model-based systems engineering approaches
  • Create test plans, procedures, and test reports; lead integration, verification, and validation efforts
  • Analyze data to inform engineering decisions and support algorithm creation/review
  • Participate in field and flight tests and continuous improvement of the systems engineering discipline

Note: Due to the classified nature of the work, these positions are 100% on-site.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Entry-level engineering experience (internships, co-ops, or early-career roles welcome)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Experience with complex electromechanical products or Electronic Warfare systems
  • Familiarity with systems engineering across the product lifecycle: requirements decomposition, architecture, modeling & simulation, system integration & test, and sustainment
  • Experience or coursework in modeling tools, simulation, and model-based systems engineering

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-Time Salary Range: $64,926 - $110,374 per year (range reflects market pay structures; final compensation will consider experience, location, and internal equity)

  • Flexible work environment with a 9/80 schedule where applicable — note: role itself is on-site
