About the Role

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer I to join the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team. This onsite role is focused on planning and executing system integration and verification test events supporting missile defense and related engineering programs. You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with experienced engineers to gain hands-on test and integration experience.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, prepare for, and execute system integration and verification test events
• Support system-level test setups, instrumentation, and data collection
• Assist with test procedures, analysis, and reporting of results
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines to troubleshoot integration issues
• Contribute to configuration documentation and parts lists as needed
• Participate in reviews and present test findings to stakeholders

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM major by start date
• Relevant experience may include coursework, projects, research, internships, or co-ops
• U.S. citizenship required where security clearance is necessary
• Ability to obtain or hold an interim/DoD Secret security clearance prior to start date (as stated by the client)

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or prior professional experience in a technical environment
• Familiarity with Technical Data Package elements (drawings, parts lists, electrical schematics)
• Experience generating or interpreting parts lists
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD (good-faith estimate representing all experience levels)

Work Location & Security

• This is an onsite role located in the Tewksbury, MA area (client may also reference nearby sites such as Andover, Woburn, Marlborough MA or Pelham NH depending on program needs)
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance is required prior to start as specified by the client
• Candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in-person at a client facility
